Welcome back Y'all! I had the privilege to sit down with Eric Gutknecht. He's the Owner and CEO of CharcutNuvo and is a fourth-generation sausage maker. Born in Zurich, Switzerland, Eric immigrated to the US at the age of 3. The family settled in Denver, Colorado. Eric and his wife Jessica purchased the company from his parents in 2003.
